Zoom-out is a thing we all have to an extent right now and I recognise that. You also have the option to join for just some of the workshop, or to dip into the content later in the recordings.

You get access for the whole time you're a member.

The idea behind the Body Doula is to give you the tools you need to improve your wellbeing yourself, ideas to add to everyday life that can improve your health in all directions.

    • Workshops each month
      1st - Saturday 16th Jan 10am
    • Monthly themes
The first month will be looking at how you move your body in everyday life and working with adding more healthy activity.
    • Guest speakers
      - I'd love your feedback on who and what you'd like!
    • Time for yourself
One of the main keys to making change is giving yourself time and accountability, committing to something makes it happen.
    • Understand your body
and the changes you're going through.
    • Community
of others going through similar changes and permission not to have it all sorted.
    - Frome locals bonus -
(covid rules permitting) monthly walk and talk meet ups.

    Beta Testers Bonuses.

    For those joining in January.

I'll be tailoring the topics to you, getting guest speakers to join us and offering a limited number of 1-2-1's as part of the beta testing package.

You'll get to delve into this experience with a group of similar women who are ready to take control of their lives and adapt to the changes they're going through.

As a beta tester you're able to stay in the group at the early price for as long as you like, even when it goes up to others.

    What is perimenopause?

The time that lead up to periods stopping. Symptoms are variable and can go on for months or years. Average in the UK is for women to live with 4-9 years with perimenopausal symptoms, starting at around age 45, but for some it can happen quicker or sooner.

It might look like: hot flashes, changes to sleep patterns, a difference in fluidity in your body, concentration problems, sleep issues, mood swings (there are lots more).

Menopause is actually only 1 day - the day when it’s been 12 months since you had a period. Either side of that is perimenopause and postmenopause.

I'm not sure if I'm perimenopausal, can I join?

Sure. The idea is to be more aware, prepared and connected. You are welcome to join if it sounds like this would be helpful for you.

Emilie's approach is rooted in the power of body knowledge.
The better you know and understand your body,
the better you can take care of yourself.

There will be no judgemment on foods, bodies or lifestyles.

You are in charge of making the changes that you'd like to see, Emilie is there to provide information, ideas and options and you can take what works for you and run with it.

Some things will be fun, somethings will be more serious because both as good in life.
