Hello new mama!
How are you?
These sessions are here to give you space to reconnect with yourself after birthing. To take nurturing, mindful time and gently nourishing movement.
Making time to be kindly aware of yourself as part of a group of others going through the same thing can help you find calm and community.
- Mum to Isla (4) and Niamh (4 months)
"It’s a really lovely class, yoga for the mums with lots of stretches, and she tailors the class to what we need, and the babies are with us and being entertained and engaged.
All the babies are aged between about 2 months and crawling and Niamh loves it, she laughs and giggles her way through the class, I see it as our one on one time, I’d happily recommend it to others. "
Emilie's a doula, yoga teacher and pelvic floor specialist with over 15 years experience in working with birthing famlies.
Rooted in embodied awareness and choice, her approaches are based in biomechanics and are trauma sensitive.
She's also a mum to 2 ever-growing boys and is fully aware of the sleepless, achy-shouldered, grabbed-snack life that early parenting can be.
Come are you are and do what you need classes that will welcome the whole of you.
