A unique movement-based antenatal course designed to help you move through pregnancy and towards birth with more ease and confidence. Blending embodiment and pregnancy yoga with antenatal education to help you stay fit, learn about your birthing body and feel confident about meeting your baby.
When can I join?
Anytime time you feel ready - as long as you have the go-ahead from GP/midwives.
What should I bring?
Bring a mat / blanket / pillow / water / snack - anything you need to be comfy.
What if I miss a class?
You can book in for the same class in the series if there is space or catch up with a recording of the session.
What happens at the end of the course?
Although the topics repeat it's a little different each time and it can be helpful to revisit topics. You're welcome to take it again if you want to.
What other support do you offer?
Doula support, 1-2-1 antenatal sessions and group classes.
