I’m Emilie, and I’m here to help you read and listen to that story, and connect with your body in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
I specialise in motherhood and pelvic wellbeing, combining embodied movement, hypnobirthing, massage, and coaching to support you through one of life’s biggest transitions.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing after, or are craving a deeper connection to yourself as a mother, I’ll meet you where you are at.
My approach? It’s all about the whole you—body, mind, life and soul. This work is personal for me. My own tough postpartum recovery led me to dive deeper into pelvic health, biomechanics, and movement.
Now, with years of training and experience under my belt—from the Franklin Method to Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Embodiment Coaching —I bring you tools that are practical, evidence-based, and above all, kind. Let’s make space for your body’s wisdom to shine.
