  • I'm Emilie, a doula, coach, antenatal and yoga teacher with over 17 years experience of working with birthing families.

    Through this course, we'll explore how the mind and body work together in ways that help you understand what's happening when and why.

    You'll get practical experience of a range of tools that can be used at different stages of labour, as well as access to a bank of resources that you can use to explore and deepen your learning at home.
