  • About Emilie

    I'm an embodiment coach, yoga and meditation teacher with over 16 years experience. I've had extensive training and experience, particularly working with women through their transition from maiden to mother and beyond. I'm a specialist in movement for pregnancy and birth, postpartum recovery (including pelvic floor and core strength) and self care coaching.

    Often women find that as they shift to mothering they loose track of their 'old-selvf' a bit and some coaching at those points can be hugely beneficial, especially as we can explore physical changes alongside the emotional.

    Sessions are gently held and trauma informed.
