    I'm Emilie a doula, antenatal teacher and embodiment coach with over 16 years experience in working with pregnant and birthing families.

     

    I'm not here to give you any answers, but to ask you the right questions to help you have a great birth. Often people bring more into the birth space than the bag they've packed, there might be fears, history, trauma, stories and unrealistic expectations that are not helpful.

  • HOW COACHING WORKS

    These sessions are your time to explore the aspects of pregnancy, birth and parenting that you need to.

     

    Generally sessions are wither 50 or 25 minutes, it may be best if the first session is a longer one and we can work out from these how best to use rhe esr of your time.

    PACKAGES

    Generally the time we sopend together is a block of either 50 or 25 minutes, The 5 - 10 minutes after the session are deasigned for landing and integratin, which is part of this process. Please think of them as a valuable p[art of the booking - this it may be best if the first session is a longer one and we can work out from these how best to use the rest of your time.
