• Pregnancy Mindfulness

Your space for calm and connection in pregnancy

  • Time to reconnect and relax

Pregnancy is a time of huge change and adaptation.

There's so much to plan and think about. Lots of advice and potential unknown to navigate that can leave your mind fuzzy and busy. All while you're literally growing a new little person.

These mindful pregnancy sessions give you time and space to step away from the doing, focus on your body and reconnect.

Trauma-aware and gently guided sessions led by Emilie - a hypnobirthing and antenatal teacher with 18 years experience of supporting birthing parents.

    Free / by-donation • Frome & Bristol

    • All stages welcome

Bring a cushion or mat (or use a chair), settle in and let yourself relax.

After the meditation there's space to share and connect with other expectant parents if you'd like.

    What happens:

    • Guided relaxation and body awareness
    • Breathwork practices you can use daily
    • Optional gentle movement
    • Time to connect with others on the same journey

  • "I enjoyed the relaxation - at the end I almost fell asleep! I felt very nurtured by Emilie and would be happy to recommend her to other expectant mums.”

    - Claire

“There is sufficient evidence to support the practice of mindfulness practices in pregnancy to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress during pregnancy, which may continue to have beneficial effects through the postpartum period.”
