While you're getting to grips with life a new baby it can be hard to take care of yourself.
The changes that your body and mind go through during pregnancy, birth and in the period after are huge. As well as a celebrating the amazing life-giving, shape-shifting qualities you have, it is important to recognise that you may feel totally different in your body to your pre-pregnancy normal.
Having a tummy gap. doming or feeling like you lack strength in your core are all common after having a baby. If you'd appreciate getting to know your postpartum body better, get some practice in tools for reconnecting and starting to feel stronger, this workshop is for you.
