GENERAL INFO
All sessions are drop-in PAYG - this class is weather dependent, so there is a chance that we will either cancel or switch to a walking practice if the weather would either be too hot for mums and babies, so wet that mats might be slidy or so windy that it's no longer pleasant to be in.
HOW TO BOOK

Movement + Meditation
General class that's gentle, at your own pace and beginner-friendly. BYO mat and blanket. Select the price you'd like to pay, then choose your class time and complete the health questionnaire.
WEDNESDAYS • 1pm
Pregnancy classes
Gentle movement and mindfulness. Safe for all stages of pregnancy. Classes combine movement, meditation and time to chat with other pregnant folk. It very much up to you how much or little you choose to do in class. There's always the option to focus on resting if that's what you most need.

MONDAYS • 6pm
Postnatal
Focussing on coming home to your body after birth, these classes offer simple minimalistic movement for new mums as well as grounding and restful practices.
Babies are welcome in this session, but it's also fine to attend solo (or join the general class). There will be parts that engage babies and they are generally happily entertained by the people and the trees!

Emilie's an experienced yoga teacher with specialisms in pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic wellbeing. She's been teaching movement classes for over 16 years.
